The day started with an icebreaking Marshmallow Spaghetti Challenge, identifying the goods and bads of the project, deep diving on two major problems using the fishbone diagram to identify the key majors causes. The day concluded with a Wrap up Session and the use of Retrospective frameworks where we looked at the team’s final reflections on the Project, what they Liked, Learned, Lacked, Longed for, what made them Mad, Sad, Glad and the things they will Stop, Start, Continue doing as a team. This final session was designed to take a final temperature of the team feelings and get some concrete action points.
