- grow sustainably, build and manage new departments, people, new products, strategies and operations (including internationalisation of a business)
- build and execute an Emerging Technology (AI) strategy, policies, processes and procedures that considers ethical standards, principals and frameworks.
- build and manage Boards and Oversight Boards.
